First Avenue Lodge is a well established 4 Star guest house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac opposite Hobie Beach in the popular beachfront suburb of Summerstrand, Port Elizabeth. The original character filled homestead dates back to the early 1900’s with gleaming Oregon pine floors and high ceilings.   

Each well-appointed room opens onto the garden and pool area and has its own entrance, kitchenette, DSTV channels, telephone and wireless connection.  A self catering beachfront apartment is available for short or long term rental. The Guest House offers Conference facilities fully equipped with TV and Projector.

Evening meals are available weekly from Mondays until Thursdays.
